Our client is looking for an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Application Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience with the JDE platform and a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing business applications.

The role involves developing interfaces between JD Edwards and external systems, and creating solutions for mobile platforms across Windows, Android, and iOS.

Key Skills and Experience:

• At least 10 years of ERP implementation experience with JD Edwards modules.
• Experience with Business Services and Orchestrator.
• Knowledge of JSON/REST services (desirable).
• Proficiency in C# and C programming languages.
• Experience with SQL databases like SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle; IBM i experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with JD Edwards Oracle EnterpriseOne toolset, version Xe or higher.
• Knowledge of UBE’s, NER’s, C#/.NET, Java, and Windows CE.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop features and enhancements for JD Edwards and related systems.
• Design and maintain interfaces between JDE and other systems, mainly using C# and .NET.
• Develop mobile applications for Android, especially for warehousing and operations.
• Manage data in SQL Server and DB2 databases.
• Create JSON/REST services and Windows services.
• Integrate JD Edwards with third-party software.
• Produce technical documentation and provide support and troubleshooting.
• Perform server-side programming on IBM i systems.

Location: Remote UK

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
