Our leading Financial Services client is looking for a Java Technical Lead to oversee the Front Office Derivatives Technology space. The role involves delivering strategic business goals by implementing system changes that support revenue generation and regulatory reporting for the Front Office, focusing on Derivatives Markets.

You will collaborate with development and technology leads across global offices to design solutions on new strategic Sales and Trading Derivatives platforms.

This is a high-profile and strategically significant role, offering an exciting opportunity!

Required skills and experience:

• Experienced People Manager
• Strong back-end Java skills
• Solid product knowledge (interest rate, fixed income, credit, FX, equities)
• Experience with Front Office trading systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Salary: Up to £150,000 + bonus + package
