Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the development team by providing technical direction and guidance for end-to-end tech delivery.
2. Participate in security meetings and lead the presentation of technical solutions in architectural forums.
3. Build high-performance, scalable, and robust applications.
4. Research, evaluate, and recommend new industry-standard processes and tools to enhance development capabilities.
5. Mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to software quality standards and engaging in code reviews.
6. Participate in incidents awareness and support handling.

Required Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of Java (core and framework), Spring Framework (MVC/Batch), Spring MVC, Spring/Boot, Tomcat, Hibernate, Git, BitBucket, and Jenkins.
2. Deep hands-on expertise with SOA, Microservices, REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML, and database concepts with working knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures, XQuery, and XML Query.
3. Good to have experience in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Oracle, Oracle Coherence, Mule, Solace, etc.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development/project environment.
