Job description

Endeavour Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Java Developer to join our leading publishing clients. Candidates should have at least 3 years’ experience working in Java Development. This salary for this role will be in the region of £55,000 per anum.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Java Development. Strong communication skills are required for this role as well as experience in a client facing role. Candidates MUST be eligible for Security Clearance.

• Degree/Equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• JMS (Java Message Service)
• Full SDLC
• ORM tools: JPA2/Hibernate
• Integration using 3 rd party API’s
• Web frameworks: Spring

Desired skills: -

• Experience in XForms and Orbeon
• Test Driven Development
• Testing frameworks: Junit/Mockito
• Source Control: SVN/TFS
• Release Management using Jenkins
