Job Description

• Management and resolution of tickets related to incident, change, service request, and problem processes in accordance with DDaT operating models.
• Release management, including building deployment packages for production release.
• Identify, agree, and implement ideas for Continuous Service Improvement across service management processes and technology.
• Interface with support services, handle requests, and undertake shared technical investigations to resolve incidents.
• Proactively investigate issues and seek additional knowledge from subject matter experts.
• Work and take ownership of legacy services with legacy deployment models.

Development and Engineering Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain existing services.
• Implement changes within legacy environments, owning the domain to become a subject matter expert.
• Update service documentation as needed.
• Conduct peer reviews for changes.
• Commit code to the Master branch.
• Write and pass feature/external API tests.
• Update API documentation as required.
• Demonstrate and get acceptance of changes during Sprint Reviews.
• Submit completed tickets or functionalities for approval at the end of each sprint.
• Review and approve completed tickets following demonstrations.
• Mark tickets as Done after the Show and Tell session.
