Citi is hiring in Belfast for a Prime Brokerage technology role. You will engineer core components using Java/Kotlin and provide technical leadership on an agile team. You’ll drive quality, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices while shaping architecture and documenting designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Strong programming in Java and/or Kotlin with TDD experience.
• Experience leading app development projects and agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop core components for the Prime Brokerage platform.
• Provide technical leadership to an agile team and establish best practices.
• Drive SDLC and DevOps improvements with metric-driven approaches.
• Lead architecture, design, planning and estimation discussions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and docs.
• Maintain project and technical documentation and mitigate risks.
• Improve production support, performance, and reliability.
