YOUR ROLE

Our DV Cleared Java Full Stack Engineers are responsible for creating the visions of our clients and driving better business outcomes. They build cutting-edge digital solutions, combining a clear understanding of business value and a consultative approach. They work on diverse projects and get exposure to technologies such as NodeJS, Kotlin, Spring Boot, RESTful microservices, NoSQL databases, among others.

Our Full Stack Engineers are part of Digital Factory within Capgemini Invent, leading digital transformation projects. We value innovation, professional development, and making a real difference for our clients. We work in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with clients.

YOUR PROFILE

To be considered for this role you must:

• Hold active Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
• Be willing to work on-site in Central London
• Be willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call rota for clients

Required Skills

• Extensive experience building microservices with Java (Spring Boot); NodeJS experience is a bonus
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS or Azure
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Gitlab, GitHub, Jenkins)
• Experience with Git version control
• Experience using Docker and Docker Compose
• Experience working in agile teams
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) or SQL databases (PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Apache NiFi
• Knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and best practices

Bonus Skills

• Building microservices in C# using .NET
• Experience with solutions integrating LLMs using tools like Vercel AI, Langchain
