The role's main goal is to contribute to developing a strategic data application within the ISG Data Solutions group. As part of the Exceptions Master Central (XMC) team, you will work with modern technologies and engage with stakeholders across the bank, supporting Citi’s data governance and quality strategies.

This position involves working on a leading system that serves as the primary source for client reference data enterprise-wide, improving its capabilities in line with business and regulatory standards. XMC offers services such as data analytics, reporting, dashboarding, decision engines, database management, and data governance tools, emphasizing user experience and outcome-based delivery.

The Java Full Stack Developer is a senior role responsible for designing and implementing new or revised application systems in coordination with the Technology team. The role involves leading system analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with management teams to ensure functional integration and identify system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
2. Address complex problems through evaluation of business and system processes, adhering to industry standards.
3. Apply expertise in applications programming, ensuring design aligns with architecture blueprints.
4. Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and deployment using advanced system knowledge.
5. Gain comprehensive understanding of how business areas like architecture and infrastructure work together to meet goals.
6. Perform in-depth analysis to identify issues and develop innovative solutions.
7. Design large-scale enterprise systems and create proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility.
8. Possess a strong background in designing scalable enterprise applications.
9. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders effectively.

Required Experience/Skills:

1. Significant experience in application development or systems analysis.
2. Recent experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Angular/React JS, Oracle, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
3. Extensive experience in system analysis and software programming.
4. Proven success in project implementation.
5. Ability to adapt priorities quickly.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
