Java Developer | £55k + Bonus | Hybrid – MedTech

About the role

A fast-moving healthtech scale-up is reshaping how hospitals deliver care across the UK and is rapidly scaling the development team. They have moved from challenger to trusted partner, winning major contracts and deploying their system in some of the country’s busiest NHS Trusts. Their technology replaces outdated legacy systems with intuitive workflows that reflect how clinical teams operate today. With recent award wins and a pipeline of new go-lives, they are scaling fast and building structured, scalable teams to deliver strategic projects over the next few years. They are doubling in size to 350–400 people and are seeking mission-driven people who want to build tools that genuinely improve patient care.

Junior/Mid-Level Java Developers x 3

• Focus: Automation side mostly. Tech stack: Java, Javascript, SQL, AWS, TDD, Junit
• Hybrid, Salary: £40k–£55k + bonus
• Duration: Dedicated to automation for 1–2 years, with future growth pathways to different areas

Senior Java Developers x 2

• Salary: Up to £85k + bonus
• Supporting long-term delivery and mentoring juniors
