Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–8 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Solid knowledge of Java (11+) and OO design.
• Experience with Spring Framework (Boot, MVC) and JPA/Hibernate or Spring Data.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and debug Java applications across the SDLC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Contribute to system design aligned with architectural standards.
• Solve technical challenges and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Explore and leverage AI development tools to improve productivity.
