GlobalLogic is seeking a seasoned software engineer to join our high performance team building a new real time banking platform. You’ll bring strong experience with Continuous Deployment in production environments.

You will design, build and operate cloud native services, mentor peers, and help shape architecture through iterative design and experimentation. The role offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package.

We’re looking for someone to join our high performance engineering team building our new real time banking platform. You’ll bring strong experience of working with Continuous Deployment practices in production environments.

Applying Agile methods to the development of software on the backlog Producing resilient and long-lived software and acting flexibly to cope with future needs Delivering intentional architecture and formulating emergent design through innovative ideas, experimentation and prototyping Designing and developing software with a focus on the automation of build, test and deployment activities, using executable patterns You’ll be designing, producing, testing and implementing working software, working across the lifecycle of the system You’ll have experience building and operating cloud native services using technologies such as Spring Boot, with automation as a core engineering principle. You’ll be comfortable designing and delivering robust, scalable and resilient distributed systems, with a strong focus on reliability, observability and operational excellence. Proven ability to coach and mentor other engineers, supporting the growth and capability of the wider team

Skills required: Kafka, Java/Spring Boot microservices, resilient service design patterns, and continuous deployment practices. Strong experience building robust, resilient and defensively coded distributed systems, ideally leveraging technologies such as Kafka and an understanding of designing and operating RESTful APIs at scale, including versioning, observability, monitoring, and forward, backward compatibility Experience with event driven architectures, both orchestrated and choreographed is expected Experience working effectively in teams that value autonomy and empowerment, where engineering excellence is aligned to product outcomes Strong experience operating in distributed, cloud native environments with complex failure modes, requiring thoughtful approaches to system design and assurance Будет плюсом: Exposure to agentic coding practices where it adds value, would be hugely beneficial
