Job description

Long-term Java Developer role available for a UKIC DV Cleared individual.

Working on a secure programme, this will be a broad development role that will give you an opportunity to develop cutting edge Software Development web applications – frontend (Vue/React or Angular) and backend (Core Java). Suited candidates will have a deep experience in developing, integrating, and maintaining secure web applications.

You will have good version control, code reviews, and secure development practices, having worked within an Agile environment. You will also have good experience with Linux based environments. Any experience of MongoDB, GitLab, CI/CD, Docker, AWS, microservices or cloud-native development would be advantageous. For candidates without this experience, this contract role will offer the opportunity to build on these skills.

This role requires a self-starting Java Developer who can hit the ground running and who thrives in consistent learning, picking up enhanced software development approaches to solutions built.
