You'll join a small engineering team working on a range of challenging projects built around Java 17+ microservices and streaming technologies. The services you build sit at the heart of the platform, so performance matters: you'll design and ship high-throughput components that process large volumes of financial data reliably. We are building out the team at several levels of experience, so there is scope whether you are a strong mid-level developer or a senior engineer looking for more ownership. You'll work closely with product and fellow engineers in short agile cycles, deploying as soon as work is ready.
Knowledge of trading and operations in any asset class, market data, risk, accounting or fund administration would be advantageous, though it is not essential.
This could suit an experienced Java engineer from a financial markets, fintech or high-volume data background, or a strong generalist developer keen to work on performance‑critical systems.
