10+ years of experience to lead and manage the development team by providing technical direction and guidance for end-to-end tech delivery.
Participate in security meetings and lead the presentation of technical solutions in architectural forums.
Build high-performance, scalable, and robust applications.
Research, evaluate, and recommend new industry-standard processes and tools to enhance development capabilities.
Mentor junior team members and ensure they adhere to determined software quality standards and engage in code reviews.
Participate in incident awareness and support handling.
Strong knowledge of Java (core and framework), Spring Framework (MVC/Batch), Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Tomcat, Hibernate, Git, BitBucket, and Jenkins.
Deep hands-on expertise with SOA, Microservices, REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML, and database concepts with working knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures, XQuery, and XML Query.
Good to have experience in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Oracle, Oracle Coherence, Mule, Solace, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development/project environment.
