Japanese-Speaking Transaction Banking Consultant

Location: Central London area

Salary: Base up to 60k GBP + bonus

Work Style: Hybrid work

Visa Support: Available

Job Description:

• Participate in client projects in the transaction banking and payment fields, utilizing banking-related knowledge and expertise to support smooth project execution.

• Provide support or lead in product development, process management, and regulatory compliance.

• Support the formulation of business measures, negotiate with related departments, and support business tasks for release.

• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), document administrative procedures, and coordinate stakeholders (including meeting management).

• Identify potential risks and oversights, and support efficient project progress.

Application Requirements (not all must be met):

• 2-3 years of experience in the transaction banking or payment field, knowledge of operational processes, or implementation.

• Advanced level of Japanese and business English (including meeting management and minute-taking with native speakers in both languages, and document creation).

• Ability to work autonomously within a team, provide targeted support, and thoroughly complete assigned tasks.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to client needs.

• Experience in conducting market research and skills in creating and explaining issue papers.
