Job Description: Japanese Restaurant Chef - Canterbury, South East England

Location: Canterbury, South East England, United Kingdom

Salary: £11–£15/hour (depending on experience), annual salary approximately £26,000–£43,200

Working Schedule: 5 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday), 10:30 am to 10:30 pm, with occasional overtime until 11:00 pm. Must be available to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare food using knowledge of Japanese cuisine and techniques, working closely with the team
• Prepare and serve a variety of Japanese dishes including ramen, sushi, rice bowls, curry, and side dishes
• Handle daily operations efficiently and collaborate with team members
