To provide or assist with the provision of a full and comprehensive janitorial service within the relevant location and to undertake the cleaning of designated areas within the premises, ensuring they are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.

Duties include ensuring the security of the premises and its contents. Also, to manage the lighting and heating of premises, including the maintenance and operation of plant.

Oversee and supervise cleaning staff as required. Carry out cleaning, washing, sweeping, and vacuuming duties within designated areas (which may include toilets and shower areas) using approved cleaning agents and equipment.
