Building Caretaker - Part Time

We are currently seeking an Assistant Building Caretaker to work on accommodation in the Elgin area. This is a part-time role working 4 days a week as follows:

1. Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00

The work will involve exteriors - grass cutting and grounds maintenance, and internally keeping communal areas clean while reporting any maintenance works to the Maintenance Technician.

There will be multiple properties, so a driver’s license is essential.
