Position: Area Cleaning Manager

Do you have sound experience as an Area Cleaning Manager or a Cleaning Supervisor, either for a single site or an area, and are you looking for your next challenge?

Are you self-motivated and organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build outstanding relationships with your team as well as on-site customers?

If so, you should apply for our position of Area Cleaning Manager for our contract with Hampshire County Council:

The Role:

• Managing cleaning teams across multiple sites.
• 40 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday.
• Salary: £30,000 to £30,900 per annum DOE plus a company van.
• Area coverage: approximately 50 council sites including libraries, fire stations, and country parks in Havant, Petersfield, Liphook, Alton, and Basingstoke.
• Team size: about 90 cleaners.

As an Area Cleaning Manager, you will oversee your team of cleaners at various sites. Your responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, training, motivating, and supporting your team, as well as managing stock orders, conducting site audits, and ensuring accurate payroll processing.

You will work closely with two other Area Cleaning Managers and report to the Service Manager for the area.
