Job summary

HelloFresh in Derby is seeking a Warehouse Operative to assist in the preparation of meal kits and the smooth movement of stock. You will operate MHE, support inventory workflows, and help uphold Health & Safety and Food Safety standards throughout the shift.

The role offers fixed shifts with a 20% uplift for night work, plus benefits including a 70% discount on HelloFresh boxes, pension scheme after probation, Life Assurance, and more.

Qualifications

• This role requires prior warehouse or similar environment experience, preferably in food logistics.
• Must have GCSE Maths & English; a basic level of computer literacy is expected.
• An MHE licence is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of meal kits and movement of inbound/outbound goods.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) to facilitate stock transfers.
• Support inventory management and ensure health, safety, and food safety standards are met.
• Cooperate with HelloFresh on all health and safety matters and report incidents promptly.
• Clear jams and blockages on automated machinery and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Participate in general warehouse duties and ad hoc projects as required.
• Maintain orderly workstations and reporting of malfunctions to the Warehouse Team Leader.
