Job summary

HelloFresh in Derby is seeking an Outbound Operative to support the smooth dispatch of goods from our warehouse. You will work across ambient and temperature-controlled environments, ensuring accurate staging and loading to trailers while following Pallet Manifest and supervisor instructions.

Join a hands-on team focused on delivering quality, safety, and KPI performance. You will report to the Outbound supervisor and contribute to ongoing operational improvements in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and dispatch workflows.
• Ability to maintain high quality and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the uninterrupted flow of goods in and out of warehouses.
• Operate in ambient and temperature-controlled environments.
• Keep the warehouse clear and manage hazards promptly.
• Review systems and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Liaise with Line Leaders, Quality Checkers, Inventory and Shift Managers.
• Ensure correct pallet loading and adherence to Pallet Manifest.
• Uphold strict Health and Safety standards.
