Job summary

The AA is seeking a Jaguar Land Rover Dedicated Technician to deliver prestige roadside support for JLR vehicles. You’ll work as part of a dual-brand setup, representing The AA with a focus on exceptional customer experience and high technical standards.

You’ll start and end each day with a fully equipped van, tools, and uniform, while handling warranty work and advanced diagnostics. Expect a 40-hour week in a 7am–9pm window with flexible standby hours, and a competitive base salary plus

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Confident, independent and customer focused.
• Holds a full UK Cat B licence (max 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Deliver prestige roadside support for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles using manufacturer tools and diagnostics.
• Take full ownership of the customer experience from arrival to completion of the repair.
• Combine technical skill with clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle warranty work, roadside diagnostics and advanced repairs.
• Start and end your day at home with a fully equipped JLR van, tools and uniform.
• Work 40 hours/week with a 7am–9pm shift range and flexible standby hours.
