Job summary
Allelys Group is seeking a Site Operative to join their Projects Installations team. This role involves carrying out jacking, skidding, and lifting operations on site across the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Heavy Lift industry and possess essential certifications such as a CITB Safety Passport and Slinger Signaller CPCS. Responsibilities include working as part of a team, ensuring site safety standards, and maintaining equipment at the Allelys Studley yard. The position requires flexibility for travel and potential night stays.
Qualifications
Proven experience in the Heavy Lift industry with site experience in engineered construction.
Good knowledge of hydraulic jacking systems.
Ability to communicate clearly and organize tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform jacking, skidding, and lifting operations as instructed.
Work safely and adhere to Health and Safety policies.
Assist with loading and unloading of equipment.
Skills
Knowledge of the Heavy Lift industry
Site experience in engineered construction
Knowledge of hydraulic jacking systems
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organisation skills
Education
CITB Safety Passport / CSCS labourer’s card
Slinger Signaller CPCS / NPORS
Telehandler CPCS / NPORS
Full driving licence
