J3578 – Wholesale & Syndications Sales Manager – UK Flexible (SE England preferred) (Remote) – Asset Finance

New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Wholesale & Syndications Sales Manager. Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: UK Flexible but SE England preferred (Remote).

You will lead transformational growth across wholesale and syndication channels spanning technology, healthcare, hard assets and bank syndication partners. Managing a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers, you will drive commercial performance, strengthen introducer relationships, and ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers
  • Define and deliver growth strategy across wholesale finance and syndications
  • Oversee credit quality, legal contracting, documentation flow and escalations
  • Build strong vendor, dealer and bank syndication partner relationships
  • Support commercial negotiations and ensure robust partner plans
  • Drive operational excellence, process improvement and compliance standards
  • Deliver sales, margin, ROE and portfolio quality targets
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Collections and New Business
  • Provide performance reporting, forecasts, market intelligence and analysis
  • Support stocking growth plans and asset management initiatives
  • Implement sales incentives and support strategic product development
Person Specification
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams
  • Deep knowledge of asset finance and leasing; wholesale/syndications expertise advantageous
  • Proven sales and business development track record within asset finance
  • Strong analytical, credit/risk assessment and commercial negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Highly organised, proactive, strategic and delivery-focused

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing. You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
