New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group to recruit a Broker Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing UK business within a field-based role, managing key broker relationships and securing large value deals (£500k+).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with key brokers to drive business volume

• Lead on large-value transactions, negotiating and structuring competitive deals

• Promote added-value products such as ORV, staged payments, and structured profiles

• Support credit proposal preparation and ensure compliance with policy

• Contribute to reporting, pipeline tracking, and broker performance reviews

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in Asset Finance or Leasing

• Proven broker relationship and deal structuring experience

• Commercially astute with strong credit understanding

• Excellent communicator, confident negotiator, and team player

• Located in or near the M25 / Home Counties area.
