Job description

J3526 – Senior Lease Administrator – UK, London (Hybrid) – Asset Finance

New Leaf Search has partnered with a sustainably focused UK technology asset and lease management specialist to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Lease Administrator.

This role supports the administration and daily management of partner-introduced business, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. You will liaise across internal teams, customers, resellers, suppliers, and funding partners—playing a key part in ensuring transactions are correctly structured, documented, and processed through to pay-out. This position would suit a self-motivated, process-driven professional who can work independently, adapt to evolving procedures, and bring a positive, collaborative attitude to a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for new business

  • Support Sales teams with deal structure and documentation queries

  • Liaise with funders and manage the end-to-end lease documentation process

  • Oversee credit applications and pipeline progression

  • Maintain CRM records and support invoicing and collections administration

  • Work collaboratively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality service

Experience & Skills Required:
  • 3–5 years' experience in lease administration or a similar financial services role

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across multiple parties

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Good understanding of asset finance documentation, pay-out procedures, and lease products (finance/operating leases)

  • Ability to interpret financial accounts is beneficial

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: c£35,000 + excellent benefits

Only candidates with relevant UK (in-country) experience in Asset Finance or Leasing will be considered.
