Job description

J3479 – New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Recoveries Account Manager, to focus on arrears collection within the 60-90 days aged category. (6 mth FTC).

Responsibilities:

• You will have excellent collections experience (min 2 years) in the asset finance or automotive industry, covering technical expertise in all areas of bad debt collection, insolvency, litigation and asset recovery.
• Knowledge of contract and consumer credit is essential as too is a Finance & Leasing or Motor Finance background.
• Experience of managing external agents and solicitors; making outgoing collections calls; resilience, persistence, persuasive but not aggressive in negotiations; ability to find mutually beneficial solutions.
• This will be a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential of becoming permanent thereafter.
• Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Greater London / Surrey (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
• You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
