New Leaf Search is proud to be recruiting on behalf of an international provider of B2B financial solutions, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Transport, Industrial, and Construction sectors.

This is a proactive, new business role, focused on developing profitable opportunities through introducers and direct customer relationships, while also managing a portfolio of existing introducer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business across hard asset sectors

• Develop strong relationships with introducers and end-users

• Provide funding solutions including leases, hire purchase (HP), and loans

• Represent a trusted financial brand across the UK market

Candidate Profile:

• Solid commercial acumen and knowledge of asset finance

• Full understanding of hard asset funding products

• Background in asset finance or equipment-related sectors

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant UK-based experience required

• Strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter approach
