Job summary

Corecom Consulting is seeking an experienced IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) Specialist in Bradford with a hybrid work pattern (2 days in office). This permanent role involves owning and evolving the IWS environment, building scripts, and maintaining batch schedules within a small, expert team.

You will bring hands-on IWS expertise, experience with JCL/REXX on the mainframe, and strong analytical skills to resolve complex scheduling issues and drive improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on IWS experience, including recent IWS versions.
• Proven ability to build scripts and batch schedules, not only monitor jobs.
• Strong mainframe knowledge with JCL and REXX.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Current, up-to-date experience of IWS and mainframe environments.

Responsibilities
