London, Greater London, United Kingdom (On-Site)Our Engineering function are currently looking for an Integration Verification, Validation and Qualification Manager (IVVQM). This role will combine project delivery responsibilities and functional management across the UK portfolio.
As IVVQM for projects, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of system integration and system testingfor solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users within the rail domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, develop integration and testing tools and approaches, to implement solutions and ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our products and solutions. You will set the vision for the team and be responsible for delivering IVVQ work packagesto key project milestones.
In addition, as functional lead for IVVQ you will be responsible for appropriate and timely resource allocation across the UK portfolio and for managing and guiding yourteam members, ensuring that they are developed appropriately. You will be responsible for ensuring that your functional team has the relevant skills and capabilities to undertake their operational roles.
This is a hybrid role working a minimum of two days per week from one of our Hitachi Rail SRS or customer sites (London or Manchester).
