Job Responsibilities
  1. Continuously monitor and assess critically ill patients, including vital signs and responses to treatment.
  2. Administer complex medications and interventions according to precise protocols.
  3. Operate and maintain life-saving equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and intravenous lines.
  4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and adjust individualised care plans.
  5. Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and initiate emergency procedures as necessary.
  6. Provide emotional support to patients and their families, explaining treatment options and addressing concerns.
  7. Maintain meticulous records of patient care and interventions.
  8. Prioritise patient safety, infection control, and critical care best practices.
  9. Work under high-stress conditions while maintaining composure, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
