About the Role:
We seek a dedicated administrative support staff to assist the ITT Placement and Compliance Lead and senior colleagues within the Initial Teacher Training (ITT) team. The role involves managing placement allocations and supporting teacher trainees by handling routine enquiries and directing them to relevant information and contacts.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, analyzing placement and compliance data, and updating the internal schools database using the DfE's GIAS platform. The role requires supporting reporting on placement trends, trainee clearance, and documentation, with a focus on data accuracy and analysis using Excel.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of using advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting, and experienced in managing and presenting data effectively. Knowledge of database management and technology applications is essential.
