Job summary

Marval Software is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ITSM and integrations-related projects in a full-time remote role with UK hybrid delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The role requires proven project management experience in software environments, strong planning and stakeholder management, and familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2 or ITIL would be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience within software or technology environments.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of project tasks, materials, and dependencies.
• Background in Inspection and quality assurance to verify project outputs meet agreed standards and requirements.
• Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, timelines, and third-party contributions across multiple projects.
• Experience managing technology or software implementation projects, ideally in ITSM or related domains.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment, with strong self-organization and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present project information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches).
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Customer-focused mindset and proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
