Overview

ITSM Implementation Engineer (ITSM, ITIL) - Get training and certification in ITIL and ITSM products! Remote role - work from home in the UK!

An ITSM Implementation Engineer (ITSM, ITIL) is required by a fast-growing IT consultancy delivering high-demand ITSM solutions to UK clients.

Responsibilities
  • Remote-based role with occasional UK site visits. You'll run scoping calls, lead 5-day planning engagements, and handle full end-to-end deployment and configuration of ITSM platforms. You'll be the face of delivery, owning the technical side from day one.
  • Deploy ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice) and perform hands-on configuration, deployment, and implementation.
  • Lead client-facing sessions, including scoping and delivery, ideally from an MSP or consultancy background.

  • Experience deploying ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice)
