Job summary

Infotel UK is seeking an experienced ITSM Consultant to join our team. You will analyze, design and implement ITSM frameworks aligned with business objectives and improved service delivery.

The role focuses on ITIL-based governance, process design, and hands-on configuration of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy, with strong client-facing collaboration and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will work closely with client teams, identify gaps, and deliver practical, value-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an ITSM Consultant or similar role, preferably in consultancy environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework (ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification preferred).
• Experience with ServiceNow and other ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Client-facing experience with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant ITSM certifications are highly desirable.
