ITSM Business Analyst

We are Systematix and currently seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience in ITSM systems and processes to support our client’s implementation strategies.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our client requires a Strategic Business Analyst to collaborate with the Operations team and the Integration Program Manager to support and document the ITSM deployment project.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements, working with business teams and IT to deploy the ITSM solution.
2. Creating business workflow diagrams and writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including training.
3. Tracking and documenting decisions.
4. Engaging directly with business owners, new stakeholders, and IT groups in operating companies.
5. Participating in project execution, training, and cutover activities.

ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis and related experience.
• High proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience working with global teams and intercompany processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, time management, and planning skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent team-working skills and the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
• Ability to analyze information and present it clearly to scientific and corporate audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a 3-month remote contract role, aligned with the Western European time zone.
