We are seeking a highly experienced Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong hands-on knowledge of iTrent and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This is a critical support role during a system optimisation and integration period, and the successful candidate will help ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and seamless operations across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

? Act as the subject matter expert on iTrent and SAP SuccessFactors ECP, guiding payroll operations and system usage.

? Provide specialist advice to ensure payroll compliance with UK legislation and statutory requirements.

? Lead and execute system configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of payroll enhancements and features.

? Partner with HR, IT, and Finance teams to drive process optimisation and end-to-end payroll efficiencies.

? Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to payroll operations and service delivery.

Key Skills Required

Proven SME-level experience in UK payroll operations, with hands-on expertise in iTrent and SAP SuccessFactors ECP.

Excellent understanding of UK payroll legislation, compliance frameworks, and HMRC standards.

Experience in payroll system implementations, migrations, or process upgrades.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.

Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders—both technical and business-facing.
