Job summary

A global leader in consulting and technology services is seeking an Enterprise Architect for a 6-month role in Wiltshire. This position involves implementing ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and ensuring a healthy CMDB. The ideal candidate must have a Mainline certification in ITOM/ITAM and demonstrate strong governance and workshop leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and/or ITAM.
• Strong understanding of CMDB governance.
• Ability to lead workshops and analyze results.

Job Requirements

ITOM Architect -

Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and / or ServiceNow ITAM.
A strong understanding of the CMDB and applicable governance. Be able to lead workshops, run ITOM Discovery (product) and analyse / adjust results for a robust implementation delivering a healthy CMDB.
*Must have a Mainline certification in ITOM / ITAM.
