French Selection (FS) in Haywards Heath is seeking an Italian Speaking Travel and Operations Coordinator to manage logistics and customer service for Italy-based trips. The role combines supplier liaison, itinerary management, and on-site coordination during peak periods.

You will work with hotels, coach operators and other partners, ensuring safety standards and high service levels. A passion for skiing and willingness to travel to Italy are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) essential.
• Experience in the travel industry, especially ski group travel, beneficial.
• A passion for skiing is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• IT literate.
• Willing to travel to Italy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for suppliers, partners and UK based teams.
• Liaise with hotels, coach companies and other service providers.
• Resolve and address issues during organised trips.
• Confirm and manage itineraries, bookings, services and accommodation.
• Ensure all accommodations and activities meet health and safety standards.
• Be responsible for supplier rate negotiation.
• Facilitate communication between travel coordinator and supplier ensuring outstanding service.
• Travel to Italy during peak season.
