Are you passionate about travel and tourism and a career within a massive travel tour operator?

Do you hold tour operator experience with a sales and service background?

Due to continued company growth, out client is seeking a motivated and target driven individual for booking travel arrangements with new and old customers.

In return, the successful candidate will be receiving a competitive basic salary of £26,000-£32,000 DOE and the opportunity of additional earnings of up to £1200 per month with performance-related bonus and flexible/hybrid working with 25 days paid holiday, bank holidays and private health insurance.

• Connect with customers who have previously booked travel itineraries
• Connect with new customers who have shared an interest in bookings
• Proactively contact customer data and share knowledge and expertise
• Plan and collate preferred itinerary information and locations
• Discuss potential packages and accommodation types
• Calculate timings to accurately make bookings and reservations

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within the travel sector
• Work on own initiative and take responsibility for targets
• Polite and professional telephone manner
