Job description

Are you passionate about planning fantastic ski holiday experiences and creating memories for guests? Are you fluent in Italian? If so, this could be the role for you!

In return for your hard work, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive basic salary of up to c£28,000 DOE and the opportunity for additional earnings, plus the below:

1. Own the pre-travel departure ownership of itinerary and timings.
2. Calculate timings to accurately make bookings and reservations.
3. Coordinate and plan full bookings and events with clear instruction.
4. Communicate with accommodation providers regarding client requirements.
5. Answer inbound telephone enquiries.
6. Develop and maintain key relationships with clients and providers.

Skills & Experience

1. Fluency in Italian.
2. Experience within ski resorts or selling ski products.
3. Previous experience within the travel sector.
4. Multilingual with another European language highly desirable.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Work on own initiative and take responsibility for individual workload.
7. Polite and professional telephone manner.

Vacancy Summary

Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:00) Flexible around core hours.

Location: Nottingham, hybrid working.

Job Type: Permanent.
