Job description

Our boutique financial services client, is currently seeking a fluent Italian speaking client administrator to join their team.

Located in the West End in a family feel office of approx 20pp, the role is to provide support to their client base - predominantly Italian, with their queries and questions related to their financial accounts.

Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining a relationship with them, providing support and a high level of client service.

Duties will include arranging the setting up of legal entities and being responsible for the upkeep of company files and statutory records on a day-to-day basis. Ensuring all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies. Keeping updated with regulatory and statutory changes.

Preparing invoices, payments, contracts, and any other documentation. Keeping all financial records up to date in liaison with our internal accounting team, and/or external accountants/auditors and liaising with third parties such as legal advisors, bankers and other stakeholder to enable the efficient management of the client’s activities.

The successful person will ideally have a finance/legal focused degree and a min of 2 years’ experience working within financial services but also open to client service experience gained from professional services.

A strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is required along with a being generally tech savvy - knowledge of financial software an advantage.

Strong communication skills are essential, English to mother tongue standard and fluent Italian.

A positive, team player attitude is essential.
