Main duties: To be a pivotal part of implementing plans and strategies for the successful delivery of events, including pre-event, onsite, and post-event activities.

The role:

  • Manage events, including creating exhibitor manuals.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement plans supporting sales.
  • Work closely with exhibitors and speakers to gather participation information.
  • Confirm event details, coordinate with all parties, address challenges, conduct risk assessments, ensure health & safety, finalize capacities and menus, and agree on floor plans.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies using physical tickets, social media, websites, and digital communication.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders and act as the primary contact for visitors and potential attendees.
  • Participate in international events when necessary.

The candidate:

  • Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).
