Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Directed Content Analyst to source high-quality experts for Expert Insights projects. You will identify top experts worldwide, conduct outreach via email and LinkedIn, and coordinate calls to assess fit and relevance for research targets.

Reporting to the Directed Content Manager within Expert Insights, you will document expert backgrounds and negotiate rates to balance cost with value, while ensuring timely onboarding to our network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role requiring proactive outreach and candidate evaluation.
• Experience identifying and evaluating experts or professionals for research projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify best-fit experts for assigned projects through research.
• Reach out via email and LinkedIn to prospective experts.
• Coordinate and conduct calls to validate background and fit.
• Document experts’ experience clearly for quick evaluation by clients.
• Negotiate expert rates to balance cost and value.
• Schedule calls between experts and Client Contributors.
• Monitor calls and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
