AlphaSense is seeking a Directed Content Analyst to source top experts for research projects, manage outreach, and onboard high-quality profiles to our network.

You will work with Project Managers to define scope, conduct calls, and document expert backgrounds to enable fast decision-making by clients. This role emphasizes proactive outreach, organization, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, or talent sourcing.
• Proactive outreach and candidate evaluation experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify best-fit experts for assigned projects.
• Refine project scope with Project Manager during research.
• Outreach via email and LinkedIn to prospective experts.
• Schedule and conduct calls to validate background and fit.
• Document experts' experience clearly for quick evaluation.
• Answer questions and handle objections to maximize onboarding.
• Negotiate expert rates aligned to value.
• Coordinate calls between experts and Client Contributors.
