A reputable agency is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor in St Albans. This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone and email, processing orders using SAGE, and liaising in Italian. Candidates should have prior customer service experience and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of SAGE is desirable. This is a temporary position with potential for permanence.
Location:St Albans
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
