Job description

Boutique Store Assistant

Location: West End

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday to Saturday: 10am-7.00 pm and Sunday: from 11.00 to 5.00pm or 6.00 pm (tbd)

Italian speaking preferred

We have an amazing opportunity available for a luxury sales assistant to work for a high-end luxury retail fashion brand. They currently stock in some of the most prestigious stores and retailers across the globe. This exciting role as a Luxury Sales Associate you will be responsible for bringing in new sales and building great relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat orders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with high-end clients.
  3. Selling high-end luxury products to customers.
  4. Excellent knowledge of the English language; fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  5. A true passion and understanding of the luxury retail industry.
  6. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and the patience to work through longer negotiations.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
  8. Ability to work on your initiative as well as being part of a team.
  9. Deliver an unforgettable customer journey by showing your product expertise.
  10. Represent our client as an ambassador of the brand: exhibit pride, passion, and affinity for the brand through a positive attitude, body language, and personal presentation.
  11. Welcome, smile, and approach customers displaying a cordial attitude, friendly manner, and willingness to serve.
  12. Answer customers' questions and solve their needs, providing excellent service.
  13. Handle customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved in time, guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction.
