Reports To: Owner Representative Manager

Job Overview

The Owner Representative role is to manage communication flow between the villa specialists and the villa owners/experience providers. The role requires managing guest queries from the To Tuscany Villa Specialists and destination villa owners/experience providers. The Owner Representative is responsible for developing relationships with villa owners and experience providers, upholding our brand values to enhance guest experiences at the destination, thereby gaining guests' confidence and encouraging repeat visits to To Tuscany.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Respond to owners/experience providers and guests in a conscientious manner.
  2. Listen to owners/experience providers and guests' concerns and take appropriate action.
  3. Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient running of the business.
  4. Continuously build knowledge about Tuscany and Umbria.
  5. Assist in maintaining the high standards of the company websites.
  6. Work efficiently and identify opportunities to expand role into other areas of the business.
  7. Partner with the owner team to drive initiatives and uphold high customer service standards.
  8. Plan and manage regular communication with existing owners through email and other initiatives.
  9. Work every other weekend based on a pattern split with other team members.
