Join our team as an Italian Customer Experience Agent !

Location: Belfast (BT1 3NR)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week between 6am–7pm, Monday to Sunday
Salary: £27,019.20 per annum + additional perks and benefits
Languages: Fluent in English and Italian (B2 CEFR or above)

Must be fluent in English & Italian (B2+), type 55 WPM, and love digital engagement.


We’re searching for enthusiastic, bilingual professionals with a passion for social media and emerging tech to join our game-changing VR Social Support team.

You’ll be at the forefront of shaping digital communities, engaging with users across platforms, and representing one of the world’s most innovative virtual reality product lines.

️ Your Role:
Working in our state-of-the-art Belfast VR Hub, you’ll:
Engage with users globally through forums, review sites, and social platforms
Provide empathetic, accurate responses to product questions and concerns
Drive user engagement by creating and sharing meaningful, interactive content
Monitor social media and escalate key product feedback
Promote and cross-leverage self-service resources
Build and support vibrant, inclusive online communities

We’re Looking For:
Fluency in English and Italian (minimum B2 CEFR level)
Strong written communication & community management skills
Experience or interest in virtual reality and gaming communities
Typing speed of at least 55 WPM with 95% accuracy
Availability for rotating shifts within a 6am–7pm schedule
Experience in social media, online moderation, or tech support is a bonus!
