?? Location: Belfast (BT1 3NR)?? Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week between 6am7pm, Monday to Sunday?? Salary: £27,019.20 per annum + additional perks and benefits?? Languages: Fluent in English and Italian (B2 CEFR or above)
?? Must be fluent in English & Italian (B2+), type 55 WPM, and love digital engagement.

Youll be at the forefront of shaping digital communities, engaging with users across platforms, and representing one of the worlds most innovative virtual reality product lines.
??? Your Role:Working in our state-of-the-art Belfast VR Hub, youll:

  • Engage with users globally through forums, review sites, and social platforms
  • Provide empathetic, accurate responses to product questions and concerns
  • Drive user engagement by creating and sharing meaningful, interactive content
  • Monitor social media and escalate key product feedback
  • Promote and cross-leverage self-service resources
  • Build and support vibrant, inclusive online communities

?? Were Looking For:
  • Fluency in English and Italian (minimum B2 CEFR level)
  • Strong written communication & community management skills
  • Experience or interest in virtual reality and gaming communities
  • Typing speed of at least 55 WPM with 95% accuracy
  • Availability for rotating shifts within a 6am7pm schedule
  • Experience in social media, online moderation, or tech support is a bonus!
